We are dedicated to and passionate about passing on our faith in Jesus to the next generation. In our student ministries, we create engaging and relational environments where youth can learn what it means to be a disciple of Jesus. Our amazing staff and volunteers are a big part of this. Every person that works with our youth undergoes a routine background check, and is placed in an area of ministry that fits their skills and passions.

genesis youth ministry

Genesis is a welcoming community of teens from different schools around the Cedar Valley. They gather for the purpose of following of Jesus, becoming changed by Jesus, and being on mission for Jesus. Students meet every Wednesday night at 6:15. A typical night includes games, worship, a message from the Bible, and small group discussion time. Other opportunities for teens in this ministry include: small groups, summer camps, mission trips, and retreats.

Wednesdays 6:15pm - 8:15pm

Middle School and High School students meet in the Genesis room for community worship, fun games, bible teaching, and small groups. SIX15 is a place any student can connect with peers, mentors, and their Creator

Weekly Meetings

We encourage our High School students to learn and grow in Christ in the context of community. D-Groups provide an atmosphere in which students learn how to study God's Word and seek to obey it together. Students meet with a leader and 4-6 of their peers on a weekly basis.
