We share the same passion at Trinity Bible Church, as we want to reach
kids with the gospel and train them up as disciples so they can go out
and serve the Lord by sharing Jesus Christ with others. Our goal is
to assist you in raising your child to passionately follow Christ by:
• Knowing Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord.
• Hungering for God’s Word (the Bible) and having a heart
for worship and prayer.
• Loving one another as Christ loved the church.
• Discovering their spiritual gifts and how to serve the Lord
through their gifts.
• Honoring God by being a good steward of the resources He has

Summer Kids Camp
We believe your child is a special gift from God.
We provide loving care and teaching during both morning worship services
as well as during the Sunday School/ABF hour.
Your child is very important to us and we do our best to provide a loving,
nurturing and safe environment for your child. Our purpose is to help
each child feel comfortable, happy, loved and secure.
We believe that it is possible to share the love of Christ with a child
from the day he/she is born. Our desire is to share that love through
caring for and playing with your child. Our volunteers help your child
begin to associate God with feelings of love and happiness. Through
Bible stories and teaching, your child learns about Jesus in a way they
can understand.
Your child will move from the Infant Nursery to the age appropriate
Toddler Nursery as he/she becomes a confident toddler.
Both nurseries are well equipped (including video monitors in the foyer so you can check on your child without actually going into the room), fully staffed and available to parents
for regular church functions and for some special events.
Guidelines and training reflect the high standards of hygiene, efficiency
and safety necessary to maintain proper care of your infant. Small
toys are sterilized and larger toys wiped down after every service.

The great need that children have is to know and cherish the infinite
value of God. We want children to become so acquainted with the Word
of God that they treasure Him alone as the One who saves and satisfies
the heart. Therefore, we use the “Children Desiring God Curriculum”.
The goal of the curriculum is to fuel spiritual desire in children by
exalting the greatness and worth of God and His glorious work through
Christ.
The two and three year old Sunday School curriculum will be “A Sure
Foundations- The Wonders He Has done/His Praise Worthy Deeds”. This is a chronological teaching of Old Testament
stories with the aim of acquainting your child with a great, big, God.
Each story will be told with an attempt to answer the question, “What
does this say about God?” An activity sheet will be sent home
each week informing parents of the story, scripture reference and key
themes of the lesson.
The four’s, five’s and Kindergarten Sunday curriculum that
we will be using this year is called “He Has Spoken By His Son:
New Testament Stories for Young Children”. This is a chronological
teaching of New Testament stories with the aim of acquainting your child
with a great, big God. Each story will be told with an attempt to answer
the question, “What does this say about God?" A take home
sheet will be sent home each week informing parents of the story, scripture
reference and key themes of the lesson.

year is "The ABC’s of God." They will learn the answers to
questions like: Who is God? What is He like? How should I act toward
God? The children will work through the year on important Bible study
skills like using the Bible’s Table of Contents to find a book,
and learning to use chapter and verse references. Each week the parents
will receive a Parent Resource Page about the lesson that was discussed
that day.
The third and fourth grade Sunday School curriculum we are using this
year is “Faithful to All His Promises”. The children will
be studying the promises of God. This curriculum will lead your child
to trust in the promises of God and to place confidence in Him. They
will learn to keep trusting God even when it is hard and that our God
is worthy to be trusted.
The fifth and sixth grade Sunday School curriculum we are using this
year is "Fight the Good Fight". The children will learn how
to fight for their faith to the very end. They are not alone in the
fight of faith. God Himself fights with us to keep us persevering in
faith until the end. God is always victorious. Through this study your
child will learn to battle sin, and Satan more effectively, learn to
depend on God more fully and trust in the promises of God.

We have an annual Children’s Christmas program for ages 2 years
old through 6th grade.
The children have an opportunity to share their musical, drama and singing
talents while learning the true meaning of Christmas (Christ’s
Birth). We tell the Christmas story by singing traditional Christmas
songs and retelling the Bible story of Christ’s birth. We teach
the children that when they are singing, they are singing to the Lord
and celebrating His birth and the significance of His birth in their
lives.

Each year there is a summer camp for children that have completed 3rd,
4th, & 5th grades.
Summer camp is held for four days in the month of June or July each
year at Cedar Springs Camp 1260 River Road, Floyd, IA 50435.
During camp the kids will hear the Bible Scriptures come to life throughout
the week and are challenged to take another step forward in their spiritual
journey. The kids will enjoying learning new worship songs and have
opportunities to participate in water games, sports, and crafts as well
as take nature walks. Camp is a great experience and many friendships
form that last a lifetime.
