TreeHouse Kids

We are the Sunday morning Kids Ministry of Trinity Bible Church and we partner with Trinity, parents, and volunteers to make disciple who make disciples. In TreeHouse Kids, we make disciples who make disciples by:

      • Helping kids be rooted in Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

      • Teaching kids how to grow in the Love of Christ for the world around them.

To help us accomplish these two things, we use The Gospel Project: a three year, chronological, Christ centered study of the whole Bible (Genesis-Revelation).

Our Nursery (Ages 0-3) is available during all three service times (8:10, 9:45, 11:00am).

Our 4 Years - 5th Grade worship time is available during our 9:45 and 11:am services only.

What to Expect?

Before the Service:

  • To ensure the safety of our kids, we have all our kids and volunteers check in at the “Check-In” station. When you check in, you will get three tags: One with your child(ren)’s name and a unique 4-digit code, and 2 parent tags with an identical code. Please place the child’s tag on a visible spot on his or her body and keep the parent tag, as it will be used in check out. If you are a first-time guest with us, please look for the “First Time Guest Check-In” sign above the check in station and a team member will welcome you and assist you with checking in your kids. Your child(ren) will then be dropped off to their small group leader and helper(s) in our large group room.

During Service:

  • Kids in preschool and elementary ages and grades will experience a time of corporate worship and a telling of the Bible lesson for that day. They will then break off into smaller groups to do age appropriate activities to help know and understand the Bible lesson and truths about God.

After the Service:

  • Once service is completed you can pick up your child(ren) from their small group room. When you arrive at the room the small group leader or helper will hand you the take home page as you leave with your child. Before you exit the Ed Wing, the security team member will check your parent and kid tag to make sure the code is the same.

Awana

Awana is a children's program offered on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00. Over 125 kids from our church and community come together during the school year to play games, memorize Bible verses, and learn Bible lessons. But Awana is more than just a Wednesday night program, it is a relational setting where every child gets individual attention and encouragement from one of our incredible adult volunteers. Through this process of mentoring and learning God's Word, our Awana kids learn about faith in Jesus Christ and what it means to follow Jesus.

Awana is for children age 3 through 5th grade. Parents of 3 year-olds are required to stay on campus from 6:30-8:00 while their child attends his/her class.
